Licensing depends on your tier. Individual licenses are personal to the named purchaser, non-transferable, and for use in your own work (including for your employer); you may not share with colleagues, distribute within your organization, deliver to clients, or resell. Organization licenses are per-user: one Seat per named Authorized User, Seats may not be shared or assigned to generic, departmental, or rotating accounts, and the number of Seats is per your checkout record, invoice, or Order Form. The Organization License is intended for up to 300 Authorized Users; organizations above 300 must purchase enterprise-level licensing. Affiliates are excluded unless added by written rider. Consultant licenses allow using materials as internal inputs to produce client deliverables, but you may not deliver materials in original or substantially unmodified form, sublicense, or resell.
